Gold Melting Furnace

Gold melting furnaces that protect your metal.

We manufacture induction gold melting furnaces engineered for fast, even, low-loss melts with tight temperature control — feeding the casting line without delay.

Why Powertech

Why our gold melting furnaces perform.

Rapid melts, protected metal, consistent pour temperature.

Engineering, Not Assembly

Machines designed in-house around measurable outcomes — lower metal loss, higher output and repeatable precision.

Floor-Proven Reliability

heavy-duty components rated for continuous shifts, backed by 25 years of production experience.

Install, Train, Support

On-site installation, commissioning and complete operator training at our Rajkot Factory with every machine we supply.

Fast, even induction melting

Induction heating brings gold to pour temperature quickly and evenly, with minimal exposure to air. That reduces oxidation and burn-off, so more of your metal reaches the mould.

Tight temperature control

Accurate, adjustable control delivers the correct pour temperature on every melt — supporting cleaner castings and fewer defects.

Ready for the floor

Compact and running on standard single-phase power, the furnace sits beside the casting machine and keeps cycles moving.

Gold Melting Furnace — FAQs

What capacity is the gold melting furnace?

The standard model melts up to 1 Kg per cycle, with larger capacities available on request.

How does induction melting reduce metal loss?

Rapid, even heating with minimal air exposure lowers oxidation and burn-off, so more gold reaches the mould.

What power does it need?

220V AC single-phase at 50 Hz, around 6 Amp (1320 Watts) — standard workshop power.

Can it melt silver and alloys too?

Yes, with adjustable temperature control for gold, silver and common jewellery alloys.
